Reservations are open again !

With the deconfinement and, fortunately, a health situation that is improving day by day, I am pleased to announce that reservations are open again for the summer season. It is now possible to book your rental for French and European residents!

For those who already had a reservation booked before March 2020 and, unless you ordered otherwise, this reservation is of course still fully valid and acquired!

Stay home, cocooning and Pancake with griaudes !

Stay home and cocooning still for a few days, the nature wakes up and the sun is already warm.

Cleaning the house and gardening in order to make them ready for your visit

Until you can join us, I suggest you to cook at home a typical and delicious recipe.

Pancake with griaudes (baked, pressed and dried lard)

Ingredients :

500 g flour

3 eggs

110 g butter

70 g or more grated Gruyère cheese

1 pinch of salt

30 g sugar

15/20 g baker’s yeast

160 g warm milk

200 g griaudes

Mix together the baker’s yeast with milk, sugar and then flour, eggs, softened butter cut

into pieces, grated Gruyère cheese, griaudes

Let rise until double in size, about 2 hours

Put the batter into the pan

Brush with egg yolk.

Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6)

May be eaten hot, warm or cold … real delight

Temporary closure suite Covid-19

Good morning, everyone,

Following government announcements of confinement related to the global health crisis, we are unfortunately required to close the cottage until further notice.

We very much hope that this will be temporary and that the deconfinement will take place very quickly because the season is beautiful: nature is awakening, the sun’s rays are already warm and it is a delight for the eyes.

And with all this nice weather, I will take this opportunity to garden, everything will be ready for your arrival, either during the weekends in May or this summer!
