We received the certification and the cottage is rated 3 stars!

It is the reward that marks the accomplishment of our project…

The cottage is part of the pretty farmhouse acquired 2 years ago in this beautiful region of France that is the Morvan, famous for its forests, lakes, ponds and rivers, its wild and preserved fauna and flora, for its meadows where peaceful herds of Charolais cows graze, for its Christmas trees and for its inhabitants so welcoming.

The cottage has required a complete renovation in order to warmly and comfortably welcome our guests and make them feel at home.

After many months of work, scrupulously following the official specifications of the table of classification of furnished accommodation (112 criteria in total, mandatory and optional) to obtain the 3 stars we were aiming for, we had the visit of the accredited organization COFRAC “ÉTOILES DE FRANCE“. The 3 stars have been awarded, which offers our customers an additional guarantee of quality to this tourist accommodation.

For the record, the organization even offered 4 stars in terms of equipment and comfort. But it’s better to have 3 big stars than 4 small ones, and that wasn’t the objective!
